ArkAI provides an execution system (the "Platform") for business-critical outcomes. The Platform enables the deployment of specialized AI execution units to handle workflows under your specified policies and governance guardrails.
The Platform is designed to enforce your specific policies. You are responsible for the configuration of these policies and the "Outcome Contracts" that define allowable system behavior. ArkAI is not liable for actions taken by the Platform that adhere to your authorized parameters.
ArkAI retains all rights to the Platform architecture, source code, and systems. You retain all rights to your business data and the specific outcome contracts designed with ArkAI Advisors.
ArkAI grants you the right to deploy the Platform within your own infrastructure (Sovereign Mode) or our governed cloud. In either case, you maintain full control over the execution gates and human-in-the-loop authority signing.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
